I am trying to understand the licensing system as I am new.

I just have gotten a license transfer of Pro-C and Pro-Q from another user and I have offer to upgrade to C2 and Q2.

If I choose upgrade to those, do I still have license for Pro-C and Pro-Q?
Am I able to transfer/sell those to another user or are the Pro-C and Pro-C 2 licenses connected?

That's right! As you can see, if you own legacy versions of our plug-ins (v1's) you'll be offered upgrade pricing for our latest (major) updates. When you purchase a license upgrade like this you'll have to own a legacy version in your account. Selling the license of your earlier version will render your upgrade license unusable, so you won't be able to sell this license and solely use your upgrade license separately.
