I get real nervous when companies introduce "new algorithms" into their plugins - had bad experiences in the past with updates changing the sonics of older version plugins. I recall mixes daily that have Pro-L1 in them and don't want to risk changing any of the sonics previous established in those mixes.

So to my questions:

1) If I upgrade my Pro-L1 to Pro-L2, can I still use Pro-L1 AND Pro-L2?

2) If yes, will an upgrade change any of my Pro-L1 settings/sonics?

Love FabFilter products and just want to get an official answer before deciding how to proceed with upgrade.
