Quick simple question: when you use the C2's EQ to filter the sidechain signal (internal or external), are you:

a) just filtering the signal that will be used to trigger the compression, but when it is triggered, all frequencies are still compressed.

or

b) also selecting when frequencies will be compressed against the sidechain signal.

Any help much appreciated.

Only affects the side chain input.
