I was working on a project and I've seen that all presets of all FF stuff are gone. Any ideas?

Very strange! Did you do anuything else, like updating your OS etc? You can always try to reinstall the factory presets, as described here: www.fabfilter.com/help/pro-q/presets/howpresetsarestored
