FabFilter

I am trying to use FabFilter MB to side chain the lower frequencies in my lead to trigger when the low frequencies in my kick aren't present but I am having a hard time getting everything set up. I read though the material and I'm still drawing a blank.

Any help would be incredibly helpful!

I didn't have time to play with this one a lot but from what I've tried right now:

On your Side chain source:
Audio Output to the track of your lead
Select Stereo Side Chain FabFilter Pro MB

On Pro MB:

Toggle Expert Tab
Band on FREE
SC on EXT
Toggle Audition for easy setup of the Frequency range that active the compression/expansion

Move and narrow the band to the frequency you want

Then you just have to play with the Range/Threshold as well as Attack / Release to get the effect you want.
