How do I un-register my FF plugins on an old laptop?
If you can still access your old laptop, you can deauthorize the plugins by clicking Deauthorize in the Help menu. For full uninstallation, follow the steps here:

If you can't access your old laptop anymore, you don't need to worry about it. :-)
On your new system, just download and install the plugins and enter your existing license key (you can always retrieve it from your account).

Ok, thank you Frederik! Would it help if I emailed you my account info?

That's not necessary, you can just log into your account and retrieve your license keys there.

I had my plugins installed on an old laptop, and they're now installed on my current laptop. I might get a separate machine soon and would want to install them there as well. My old laptop is busted, so I don't know how I'd un-register them. Can someone from FF support team help me do that? Thank you :)
