Pro-L GR Spectrum Display (Feature Request)
You could always use a 3D waterfall-style spectrogram/analyzer (with a freeze function) before the limiter. That's what I do.
Ozone Advanced has one in its meter bridge (called "spectrogram").
Heck, I'd like to see a suite of analysis tools from FabFilter. That'd be pretty kickin'.

It's an interesting idea, but keep in mind that there is usually not a single frequency that is responsible for an overshoot. It's the combination that counts...

This might be a pipe dream, but i thought i'd suggest it anyway .. :)
In Pro-L - would it be possible to somehow implement a "spectrum analyzer style" display showing the exact frequencies exceeding the limiter threshold? This would be helpful when "troubleshooting" a mix that hits the limiter a little too hard in certain places :)
I guess it could be represented like the Pro-Q analyzer, with the affected frequency areas highlighted sorta like a "clip led" ..
What about it? :)
Best,
