FabFilter Reverb

Since you guys released ProMB (which is FABULOUS and the ONLY multiband processor that i use) i am looking everyday, with no exception, on your website to see if you announce anything about a reverb.

I'm dying to see a FabFilter reverb, believe me. You guys make such great plugins with fantastic sound and the best & coherent interface. On ProQ i mainly use the knobs rather then moving dots just to feel the tunning of those knobs... fantastic.

I don't know what reverb to use because i find all of them to have a ... i don't know how to say it exactly... i guess fake, metalic and cold sound. And i tried most of them believe me, but nothing satisfied me enough. None of them have a smooth sound with creamy high, they don't have enough depth, i mean REAL depth. To my ears they sound to digital, to cold, o harsh. I prefer to use delay, but there are things especially vocals that benefit from a good reverb... which i want :).

So please give me and others that are interested in your products some news. Are your working on a reverb already or is it on your to do list?

Oh... and if you are planning to release a reverb ,which is a MUST :) keep in mind my request: Instead of making a mix knob with dry and wet, maybe you will consider to have separate knobs for dry and wet. This way we can blend the wet signal intro the dry one. A few reverbs give us this controlls and sadly none of the reverbs that i use.

All the best

Chris

In the mean time, try BReverb 2 by Overloud.

Just demoed it and it was exactly what i was looking for. Thank you !

Chris

Glad to hear it, I really like it too, it came with my copy of Sonar and was an unexpected gem.

Man, I have so many other reverb units, but I want one from FabFilter. Think of all the delicious modulation possibilities...

Even better if it were a convolution verb with mult-import capability for independent early reflections and tails on top of the usual kickass algorithmic stuff we all know would be in there. My god, that would be glorious.

Try Toraverb by D16... brilliant depth + warmth

Just bringing this one up again. I too am dying for a FabFilter Reverb. You guys have really raised the bar on plugins. So I will wait.....and hope.....and wait....

I'm actually only scratching the top of the surface of FabFilter's plugins and they sounds so clean, can't wait to hear a Reverb from them too. It would be awesome. ( Hope for some hints @ NAMM 2015 )

+1

An algorithmic reverb is the only thing that I am currently missing in the FabFilter collection.

Is there anyone from FabFilter that can tell us if there is any reverb in the pipe?

I've never seen Fabfilter pre-announce anything before it's ready to go. They do sometimes comment on feature requests for existing products.
