when i use a highpass filter and set the analyzer to post eq,,,there are still low frequency existing,,,whats going on?

The amount of filtering is determined by the slope of the highpass filter (these are called 'Low-Cut' in Pro-Q). Can you try steeper filtering, e.g. 48 dB/oct?
