Pro-Q automation not-quite-a-bug-but-still..
We're aware of this issue and the simple solution is to never delete bands when using automation (disable them instead). However this can be annoying depending on your workflow, so we're looking into a better way of organizing bands for a future version of Pro-Q. Sorry for the inconvenience for now!

No problem - that was also the workaround i went with. It's just a little cringing if you are obsessive-compulsive about keeping your eq clean ;)

Hi FabFilter.
Thanks for kick-ass plugins.
I discovered a tiny .. let's call it unintended behavior with Pro-Q and automation (in Cubase 6.5)
I had an EQ band automated, all working fine. However - during some clean-up i deleted an inactive band in the EQ, and possibly due to internal reordering in the plugin, the automation was now controlling a different band.
The workaround for this issue is easy, but perhaps you could consider giving the bands unique identifiers or something ..
Again, thank you for great software :)
Best,
Rune
