OK why has there been replies in another topic created after this, but not to this one?
Is anyone else having issues with emailing customer service? I have now sent 5 emails from 2 different email addresses and have had no reply. I only want to buy one of your products!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fabfilter are usually very responsive, so they will get to you as soon as they can.
Repeatedly sending them emails won't help - remember that what you are asking for (educational discount) has to be checked manually, so does take a little bit longer.
They will sort you out - can't you keep running the demo, or has your time expired?

I know that it would have to be checked manually, but I sent an email straight after just to make sure they got it. It's just polite to reply and let someone know. I've never had to wait this long without a single reply from a company before. Plus they've replied to topics on here that were posted after mine.
I mean I'm not impressed about waiting for a reply, but why do you plugins have to be so good?!?! I now also need to have your limiter in my life too after downloading the demo.
We have processed your application and sent your login data a few days ago. We were at NAMM in LA so we couldn't handle e-mail as quickly as we normally do. Sorry for that!

I emailed yesterday morning providing evidence that I am a student as I would like to buy Pro-Q. I heard nothing back and have sent two following emails and had no reply. Are my mails being blocked or something? I need this product ASAP!
