New GPU related bug under Logic

Hey everyone, I've noticed a bug under Logic on Mac OS 10.8. I suspect it's related to the GPU acceleration. Whenever I bounce (render) a song in Logic, the normal behaviour is that all plugin windows that are open stop updating, meters don't move and such. With these newly updated plugins, the meters keep running, so I can see Pro-L's graph and meters move as if the song is playing while it's rendering in offline mode.

I know it's not the intended behaviour so technically it's a bug, but I kind of like it though

Hi Adam,

This is a side-effect of the new graphics system: it is no longer blocked by other actions in the user interface. We could update the plugin interfaces to ignore audio in offline mode in the future though.

Cheers,

Got it, that's about what I thought. It's no big deal really, I could even find some uses for it. Watching Pro-L during a faster offline bounce gives you information you wouldn't normally see. :)
