Different pre/post curves with flat EQ in Pro-Q
Thanks for reporting this issue! I've look into it, and it's a visual analyzer bug only (doesn't affect the sound). We'll fix this in a future update!

Great! As for now, which of the two spectra is the most faithful one? The all solid or the semi transparent one? And what does it represent, Pre or Post?

The solid spectrum is the Post signal, the transparent one the Pre signal.
Normally the analyzer displays the maximum of the left and right channels. In M/S mode, the Pre spectrum incorrectly displays the maximum of the mid and side channels, which is different from the left/right maximum shown by the Post spectrum. So the Post spectrum is correct.

Hi, I've been demoing Pro-Q in the past days. In Mid/Side configuration, with Pre+Post analyzer and zero latency, the Pre and Post spectra are not the same even if a flat EQ - with no inserted EQ points at all - is present. Have a look at the screen shot here:
