I'm a big fan of Twin 2, and it's hard to imagine it getting any better, though I'm sure you guys could find a way. ;) I'm also still in the market for an approachable yet powerful sampler to dethrone EXS-24, and a software drum machine that is likewise superior when compared to Ultrabeat.
Somehow, I have this feeling that this isn't what you're aiming for, and that's cool. Lots of fine mastering plugs seem to be the order of the day for quite some time. Just thought I'd say… I'd buy 'em!
