i'm on a job right now, where i need to make some whisper a bit louder, but i need the dynamics during the louder moments, so i can't use a comp! i thought then, lets check out the pro-g which i recently baught.. but disapointingly, there was no possibility to set the ratio between 0:1 and 1:1..
would it be possible to change that? the best way to do that would be in my opinion to just add a "negative"-mode in the same way you added the lovingly ducking-mode ;)
