FabFilter

Hi Guys,

The last couple of days I have been having a strange problem while working with the Pro Q and the Pro C. Every-time I am working with a session and then attempt to close it to load a different project all the Pro Q's are missing in the newly loaded session. If I then try to reload the Pro Q in that project they simply don't appear and cubase crashes. If I reboot cubase and load the exact same project everything works fine but If I try to switch the same thing happens again. I have no idea why this is happening but it is really annoying. Any suggestions? Im running Cubase 5 64 Bit on a 12 Core Pc with Windows 7 (64 Bit).

I depend on the Pro Q as my go to EQ so it would be great to hear some suggestions.

Hi Philipp,

That is odd. I assume this happens only with certain projects? We'd love to be able to reproduce the crash, so would it be possible for you to send an example project to us (using the Contact link at the bottom) that demonstrates the problem?

Can you also check which version of Pro-Q you have installed (in its About dialog)?

This used to happen with certain projects but now I can't load more then one project without rebooting Cubase. The sessions are extremely large do you need the whole session?

I have all of the updates installed but Im going to try to delete all the plugins and reinstall. If that fixes it ill let you know!
