I have a few feature requests for the behavior of XLFO slots across plug-ins

1.) Allow for a mode that only triggers an XLFO on MIDI note or CC receive (useful for all plugs that use XLFO slots, but especially Volcano 2 - can anyone say DUBSTEP?! :)

2.) Add a "snap-to-note value" option for the frequency grid on all EQ's (with an option to toggle between common and microtonal temperance scalings). This option could also have a MIDI-Input mode that would allow MIDI note values to set the value of the Freq's (separate channels for separate filters).

3.) Add modes for XLFO's to use either relative or fixed values, or snap values to a selectable scale:

• Relative Mode would be the way the XLFO's work now, where the frequency selection of the EQ acts as a center value and the amount of the XLFO steps (+/- 1.0) relate to the range around that center value.
• Fixed Mode would ignore the Freq. value of the EQ and allow the XLFO steps to be set to specific note or frequency values. As you would not want to change the value of the XLFO steps, the Slot Level fader would simply limit the +/- range of the steps by truncating the outer values down as the value approaches zero.
• Snap to Scale Mode would operate like Relative Mode, but snap between notes of a scale rather than have a smooth transition to the next step. Many scales could be offered, and adding this option could turn Volcano into a very interesting musical instrument by allowing you to "play" the resonance of the filters with ease.

4.) Ability to set a fixed RMS value for each filter, where the average RMS of that filter's output stays at the same level regardless of the resonance by inversely tying the filter's output level to its resonance.

Also - I'd love to see a FabFilter Granular Synthesis engine!!!

agree with 2 and four. 8 bands would also be rediculia. I would like to see Timeless 3 feature BBD, reverse, duck, and harmonizer algos and the tape algo to have extra controls like age, wear, and friction.
