Hello,

SO ive downloaded the free trials and having a play with them.

So I have 2 cubase project files where I am playing around with your various plugins.

However when I close one and open the other Cubase crashes. Here is the log:

It happens every time. I have to kill the cubase process and start again. Is this a cubase issue or the a pro G issue

How do I solve this ?

Hi Jules,

Thanks for reporting this! Is it possible for you take make a very simple cubase project, using only Pro-G, which crashes on open/close? If you send us that, we can try to reproduce it and see what's going on.

OK. well i got an interesting story...
So I open new blank project. Open HalionOne and add the Pro G to the inserts.
Close and save.
Start a new project and repeat, but this time Pro G doesn't open. It as if there is nothing. I tried opening Pro L (OK) Pro C (OK) and Pro Q (NOT OK, same as Pro G) I tried all the other plug ins and they were fine, opened in insert and they displayed the evaluation page.
But Pro L and G click on it and nothing happens. I haven't even got to the stage to save, but I guess that if I have a project which does have Pro G or Q after having had them open in a previous project it causes cubase a serious error as above.
Dunno if it helps, but I'm using windows 7, with 4GB Ram on a Q9000 @2Ghz Laptop with an M-Audio Fast track Ultra USB soundcard.

oh additional, I only have the VST3 plugins installed. I'm running at 32 bit, and also I have novation automap, where I have automapped all your plugins.

Thanks for the extra info! So the Automapped version of Pro-G doesn't work. But does the normal, -not- automapped version work properly?

In the mean time, you can install the VST2 versions and use those instead of the VST3's. We'll look into this!
