I know i have asked this question before, and the reply was that I could use the 64 bit version on my 32 bit system. I have downloaded a demo Pro-L and my 32 bit system will not let me install it. I am on PC with Windows XP Pro. and Nuendo - all 32 bit of course.

Hi Keith,

You can run 32-bit plug-ins on a 64-bit system if you use a 32-bit host, but you will never be able to run 64-bit plug-in on a 32-bit system!

So if you are running Nuendo 32-bit, it will only be able to open the 32-bit versions of our plug-ins (even if you're running Nuendo on a 64-bit system).
