Could you add a 'bulk' purchasing option for people who buy Fabfilter Volcano first ? Given that it's used by more than just keyboardists, that would seem to make sense.

Would be possible to have a section of the site devoted to user presets?

Lastly, could you also provide your manuals in PDF format?

Well, we do have the policy to offer discounts for people who wish to buy more than 2 copies of Volcano. We have not integrated this in our online shop, so bulk purchasing can only be done on demand for now.

A section of the site devoted to user presets; good idea. We'll try to create it it soon. For now, users can e-mail us their presets and we'll add them for download to the support section.

We think about converting our manuals to pdf in the future. More users have requested this indeed.

What I meant was, there is currently a bundle option to buy Volcano for people who already have One.

However there is no option to buy One cheaply for people who already own Volcano.
