Testing out C3 and loving it! But there is one function I miss a lot, that is some kind of look back. I use look back very often to leave the beginning of transients untouched, it makes for example snares very snappy and punchy. No matter what I do in C3 I can't make it sound like a compressor with look back.
Are there any plans of making this in future updates of C3? If you already has lookahead, why not also lookback?

Do you think lookahead? That's certainly a feature inside Pro-C 3, just like it has been in Pro-C 2. You can find it at the sliders at the bottom.

No, it's the opposite of lookahead. It makes the compressor wait a couple of milliseconds before it starts to compress. It's a feature found in compressors from Pulsar audio and Uhe for example. It makes the compressor very versatile when it comes to sculpting sounds.

You are literally describing Lookahead. What you meant to describe was feedback (lookback)

"Lookback" isn't a standard compressor parameter - it's either a misnomer for release/hold behavior or a reference to feedback compression topology.

WilI, am literally describing lookback or lookbehind, wich is the opposite of lookahead.
It's a parameter found on Pulsar audios compressors and Uhes Presswerk for example.
Feedforward and feedback is a different thing.
