I found on KVR that the new version of Pro-Q4 was released. I reinstalled it using the most recent installer, and yes, there is a new version released June 30. However, after 10 days passed I still have not received any notifications in email. Looks strange for me.

We did a silent release for Pro-Q 4.13. It has a single fix that gave some trouble in single session with extremely particular settings. We did not want to wait with this fix until the next general update, but we did not want to send out a special newsletter for it either, as the corresponding issue is something that has only occurred once since the release of Pro-Q 4.
