Can you write some additional info on the Upwards compression? There's very little in the manual, and since this is basically an inverted mode, a lot of the numbers are up for interpretation without going into a test state of mind. It acts differently to what I would expect from an upwards compressor (eg Kilohearts Dynamics has very predictable upwards compression). I would eg. expect 100:1 to basically flatten the signal at threshold, and not produce any overshoots.

What does the Audition button actually audition?

The upwards compression style is basically the compression knob found in Saturn 2. It will boost anything below the threshold with the used ratio. The audition button will listen to the signal below the threshold, instead of the signal above the threshold with any other style.
