I got a custom bundle today and decided to skip Saturn 2, thinking I’d grab it later on if I needed it.

Now I see the price is actually cheaper for new customers in the bundle (€38.70 at 70% off) than what I’m being offered to add it as an upgrade (€58.05 at 55% off), even though I already own the bundle. That doesn’t feel right—new users getting the better deal while existing users pay more?

Am I missing something here? I just checked this right after my purchase, so it seems accurate.

Hi G,

The more plug-ins you purchase at once, the cheaper it will be. It's correct that a custom bundle of Pro-Q 4, Pro-L 2, Pro-C 2, Pro-MB and Saturn 2 will be slightly cheaper than first purchasing the Mastering bundle and then Saturn 2.

If you want we can issue a refund on your mastering bundle so you can purchase your preferred bundle for the lowest possible price as a custom bundle.

hello, i only own pro q 3 yet and wanted to uprade to pro q 4, i see that other plugins are cheaper which i havent bought yet, is this discount only possible if i already own them or is it a discount if i like to choose to buy one of those plugins?

If you already own Pro-Q 3 you will get a loyalty discount on any new plugi-ns as well, not just on updates. You can purchase them via your personal upgrade offer on your account page.
